Second Generation Hypnotherapist Mark Johnson is now offering his Basic and Advanced Hypnotherapy Training in Nashville, Tennessee. He likes to say when the student is ready to learn hypnosis, the teacher will be there. Mark gained respect for hypnosis from an early age as he had the opportunity to observe his father working with hypnosis as far back as the 1960’s. A series of events in Mark’s life created a desire to learn Hypnotherapy himself and he decided to take the most advanced course he could find in order to learn as much as possible.
Hypnotherapy Certification vs
Hypnotherapy licensing is a common questions among prospective hypnosis students. Clients often inquire about certification. While requirements can vary from state to state, at the time of this writing there are no states that require licensing to practice hypnosis. The way I look at Hypnotherapy Certification is that it offers you the opportunity to learn what you need to know to earn your certification and your certification provides you with credibility in the eyes of your clients.
Since there are multiple Hypnotherapy Certification Organizations out there today it can be confusing making a decision about who you want to qualify you to become a Certified Hypnotherapist. Some prospective students start by finding the right instructor while others begin their journey with a specific Hypnotherapy Certification Organization. The question then becomes how do you know if one organization is a better fit than another?
A good way to make sure a specific certification organization is valid to make sure they present an annual Hypnotherapy Conference. All the top Hypnotherapy Certification Organizations present an annual conference to not only allow their members to learn in the workshops, but it also wonderful to interact with other hypnotherapists from around the world. Some hypnosis instructors offer their own certification and are not affiliated with one of the important Hypnotherapy Organizations, but it is critical that your hypnotherapy certification is provided by an organization that has been around in the past and will be around in 10 or 20 years.
Mark began teaching music classes in 1987 and he began teaching hypnotherapy in 2011. He continues to learn by assisting other instructors and attending classes and conferences. Mark developed an interest in Alchemical Hypnotherapy many years ago and finally had the opportunity to earn his Alchemical Hypnotherapy Certification in 2014. While many of the key concepts were not new to him, the presentation and implementation was quite unique. Mark has begun to incorporate some of these concepts into his own training. These days it’s not uncommon for Mark to attend various teacher training programs so that he has even more to offer to his students.
It’s important to understand that when it comes to hypnosis the learning never stops. A most effective hypnotherapists continue to learn not only by reading, studying and taking classes as well as by working with clients. Hypnotherapy is constantly evolving, working with clients is an ongoing process. As a matter of fact, once you earn your Certified Hypnotherapist Certification, you may find that you are even more compelled to continue learning more about hypnotherapy and the subconscious mind. This happens with each and every client you see.
